From planned communities such as Briargate and Northgate, to rural towns like Black Forest and Tri-Lakes, residents can enjoy the lifestyle they choose without leaving shopping, dining, and entertainment options far behind. East Colorado Springs encompasses many small, close-knit communities that have only recently seen a growth in their populations and economies. While many retail businesses and planned communities are finding a place in Falcon, Peyton has maintained a more rural setting with many ranches.
